Since 1985 Our president and founder Rick Schell has been in commission based sales and or business owner, owning multiple businesses. From inception to launch, from building and growing companies to successfully selling them, he has seen and lived it.

Founded in 2014, The Enterprise Group began with a simple mission: to work with individuals and families navigate the maze of finding the right business. Whether an independent business startup, an existing business purchase, or franchise, we will work with you throughout your journey.

Since 2021 our main focus has been in the world of franchising. For most people, franchising just makes sense. Proven brands, systems and processes, initial and on going training, and a vested interest in your success makes franchising a top choice.

With more than 40 years of business ownership experience, Rick is based in Tampa, Florida, where he focuses on helping others identify and pursue their own path to long-term success. Known for his practical perspective and hands-on approach, he brings decades of insight to the work he does with individuals and organizations. Outside of his professional commitments, Rick is an accomplished trumpet player and performs with a band as well as his church orchestra.
